NEW CONTINUITY OF CARE POLICY
Dear Valued Client:
Thank you for being a client at Tallmadge Therapeutic Massage & Wellness Center. We deeply appreciate the trust you place in us for your wellness needs. Our primary goal is to ensure you receive the highest quality of care and achieve your desired therapeutic outcomes.
We are writing to inform you of our new operational policy which will begin 1/1/2026. This new policy is regarding you choosing a primary therapist to help maintain consistency and continuity in your treatment plan.
We encourage each client to try any therapist until they have found one that fits their needs. Once a therapeutic relationship has been automatically established by receiving approximately 5 massage sessions with the same therapist in a row, we ask all clients to primarily schedule their sessions with their chosen massage therapist.
We've found that this ongoing relationship allows the therapist to:
Deeply understand your unique needs: A consistent therapist is familiar with your health history, preferences, and progress, allowing for more personalized and effective treatments.
Monitor progress effectively: Continuity of care ensures that we can track your long-term wellness journey and adjust techniques as needed by communicating effectively with your therapist what needs or preferences you have for your session.
Ensure professional boundaries and consistency: This approach helps us manage our practice efficiently and ensures our team of dedicated professionals can best serve and form their established clientele.
While we understand that scheduling conflicts may arise, we ask that you consistently book with your primary therapist whenever possible. If you need to schedule with another therapist because of break-through pain or acute pain and your therapist doesn't have an opening, or your therapist is ill, please do so. However, please then continue to book with your primary therapist going forward.
If you feel that your current therapist is not the right fit for your specific needs, we are committed to working with you to find a solution, which may include a thoughtful transition to another qualified professional within our practice. We have created a form at our front desk for you to fill out should you choose to change your chosen primary massage therapist.
We value your business and are available to discuss any questions or concerns you may have regarding this policy in person or over the phone.
Warm Regards,
Lisa Holbrook, Owner
